Monica heads up the design team. Her experience includes ten years as Senior Art Director at Clemenger Tasmania, freelance in several Brisbane agencies, and more recently, two years as Senior Designer and Copywriter at a boutique design studio in Brisbane. Her art direction, design and copywriting experience covers a variety of media, from television and radio through to press, print and outdoor.

Ben has over sixteen years of print experience. His experience ranges from starting out as a Printing Machinist, to Print Production Manager for Clemenger Tasmania. Ben then transferred within the group to the role of Head of Production and Studio with Clemenger Brisbane. After almost twelve years with the Clemenger Group, Ben branched out into print sales, where he had twelve months as an Account Manager with one of Queensland’s most successful printing groups. Ben has managed the print production for companies such as Telstra, Australia Post, Bank of Queensland, Tasmanian Government, RACT and RACQ, University of Tasmania and Ergon Energy to name a few.
